Is CBD a medically approved substance?
No. The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved CBD as a drug or dietary supplement.
Is CBD use beneficial, health-wise?
The findings of many independent research studies indicate CBD may be the most important cannabinoid, offering consumers a natural alternative to many pharmaceutical products for numerous potential health and behavioral conditions. According to the US department of Health and Human Services, cannabinoids are neuroprotectants. We encourage our customers to do their own research and determine whether CBD is appropriate for them.
Do the Pure Ezentials products contain cannabinoids?
Yes. We use whole plant hemp oil in all of our products which naturally contains cannabinoids including CBD. In addition, our products also contain trace amounts of other cannabinoids and terpenes.
What is the difference between hemp seed oil and a whole plant hemp extract?
Not all hemp oil is created equally. You may see various products at your local grocer or online that say that they use hemp seed oil as one of the main ingredients. This can be misleading as these products contain no measurable cannabinoids. Whole plant hemp extract contains all the constituents of the plant so this includes cannabinoids and terpenes that occur naturally in the plant.
Do we lab test the Pure Ezentials products?
Yes, we lab test all of the Whole hemp extract and batch test all of our products.
Will it get me high?
All cannbinoids that are used in Pure Ezentials are non-psychoactive. However, they interact with everyone’s endocannabinoid system differently. You might notice a slight shift in mood, or slight physical effects.
Do Pure Ezentials products have THC in them?
All Pure Ezentials products have THC levels lower than the US legal limits of 0.3% THC.
Will I pass a drug test?
Our whole plant hemp oil products contain trace amounts of cannabinoids that could show up on a detailed in-depth drug tests. It is up to the consumer to understand what they may be screened for. We cannot guarantee that you will pass.
Can I sell the Pure Ezentials products as a retailer?

How long will it take to receive my order?
For shipping within the United States you should expect to receive your product within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email that contains your order details along with the tracking information.
How can I return a product?
Please see our product return policy. You can return purchases by mail by sending an email to info@pureezentials.com. Include your name, address, order number and reason for return. You must have a proof of purchase for all returns. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase
